Husqvarna showcases innovative robotics solutions, lawn tractors and battery-powered products for professional grounds care

Internaco Environment offers efficient solutions for sustainable industrial waste management

11 April 2024. Swedish brand Husqvarna, a market leader in innovative, high-quality products and services for shaping green spaces in parks, forests and gardens, takes centre stage at the Municipal Services Exhibition in Silleda from 11 to 13 April. It partners with the Internaco Group, its exclusive distributor for the Iberian Peninsula, which also showcases industrial waste management services through its Internaco Environment division at another stand.

HUSQVARNA, innovation and sustainability

At its 100 m2 stand, interested attendees can explore the latest innovations in robotics, lawn tractors and battery-powered technology. Sustainability, product innovation and digitalisation are the cornerstones of a brand striving to meet the demands of a world transitioning towards a zero-emission future, where autonomous and smart solutions are on the rise.

Robotics

Visitors to Expomunicipal will be the first in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula to experience first-hand the innovative robotic solution for professional lawn care, CEORA™. These next-generation lawnmowing robots are designed to streamline the management of large lawn areas, capable of covering up to 75,000 m2. Systematic mowing in parallel tracks ensures the same efficiency on football fields as on other extensive green spaces like golf courses. With zero direct emissions, they are completely autonomous.

Lawn tractors

After 35 years of developing RIDERS, Husqvarna has incorporated the latest technology into these articulated front-cut tractors, ensuring maximum safety at work. Such is the case with the Rider P524XR EFI model, which features a remote control unit allowing for the management of challenging and steep areas where operation with the operator seated is not feasible.

Professional battery-powered products

Husqvarna has one of the broadest and most reliable ranges of battery-powered machines in the industry. They offer all the power and efficiency needed for demanding professional tasks. New mobile charging stations are showcased at the expo, alongside new powerful and high-reaching telescopic shrub shears, as well as the Husqvarna Fleet Services, enabling easy monitoring of all connected machine fleets from a phone, tablet or laptop.

INTERNACO ENVIRONMENT, facilitating sustainable industrial waste management

Through this specialised division, the Internaco Group delivers effective and sustainable solutions to small and large entities for managing industrial waste across a wide variety of materials: plastic, cardboard, glass, MSW, organic waste and hazardous substances.

Among other innovations, visitors to the stand can explore the features of:

Bramidan vertical balers: designed for the compaction of cardboard, plastic and other recyclable materials, maximising the value of the material and optimising space and weight.

Presto auto-balers: for handling large quantities of recyclable and residual waste. These machines seamlessly integrate into any environment.

Ecopans anaeorbic composting system: managing from 5 to 500 tonnes per year, contributing to the elimination of transportation and organic waste treatment costs.

Runi polystyrene balers: drastically reduce the amount of space required for expanded polystyrene, offering an efficient and cost-effective solution for its management.

In addition, Internaco Environment offers customised solutions by providing a comprehensive service that goes beyond the sale of machinery and includes the integration, development and optimisation of processes.
