Ordes, 1 July 2024.-

The Internaco Companies Group took another step towards its strategy to strengthen its leadership in the distribution of agricultural, forestry, gardening and green space care machinery with the purchase of 92, S.A., a leading importer of top-level brands for this market. The deal is part of the ambitious expansion plan that the Galician firm began in 2015 and which has included the acquisition, to date, of ten companies in the sector.

With over 25 years of experience, 92 S.A. is considered within the sector as one of the most dynamic companies in its commercial and service policies, and is recognised as one of those with the best portfolio of brands oriented towards the care of natural spaces and gardening.

92 S.A. covers the entire national territory from the Community of Madrid where it has three specialised warehouses, its turnover exceeds €4 million and it distributes the product ranges of the brands (join with paragraph below) Cub Cadet, AS Motor, Mowox, Segway Navimow, Duramax, Suncast, Arnold Products, and MTD. It marks the tenth operation in nine years for the group, which began its expansion process with the French brand Infaco in 2015 and has been adding new brands and companies to the group every year.
