The Internaco Enterprises Group has installed three robotic lawn mowers at Campo del Moro and the Royal Palace of Madrid.
Ordes, 2nd September 2020 Patrimonio Nacional has opted for the latest generation technology for the maintenance of its green areas. The Internaco Enterprises Group has installed two Automower ® 430X and one Automower® 420 by Husqvarna at the meadows of Vistas del Sol at Campo del Moro and at the Royal Palace.
As far as the lawn mowers used at the meadows of Vistas del Sol, the Internaco Group has installed Husqvarna’s Automower® 430X, which are latest-generation machines that will be used for the maintenance of a space that has been of historical and artistic interest since its designation in 1931 as these machines can cover areas up to 3,200 square metres. Noiseless, battery operated and GPS-equipped, these mowers are the perfect choice for uniform work and cutting height can be adapted to customer needs.
Álvaro Real, who is in charge of Internaco’s Green Space, notes that “the results of Automower® 430X can already be seen at Campo del Moro, as this is an extremely precise machine that can operate in slopes with gradients up to 45%”.
The Automower® 420 which was installled at the Royal Palace is a robot lawn mower for areas up to 2,200 square metres. It is environmentally friendly as it is battery-powered and has low noise emission.
Carlos Rivera, who is in charge of the Automower®, explains that “this model has a cutting system consisting of three pivoting razor blades so that its performance is very precise. In fact, lawn is cut into very small pieces which ends up decomposing”.
