Ordes, 25 October 2021.- GreenBlue Urban, part of Grupo Internaco in Spain and specialising in solutions for urban green infrastructure, supported the 1st International Congress of the Spanish Association of Landscape Architects, where it participated as a sponsor and exhibitor.
The event, held in Granada from 20 to 22 October under the title “Landscape Here and Now”, aimed to explore the methodological and practical systems and processes offered by landscape architecture in response to the environmental crisis affecting many ecosystems around the world, with Europe being no exception.
During the event, leading international specialists in landscape and public-space projects took part alongside professionals and researchers involved in the development of public instruments and policies that actively incorporate landscape considerations. The congress also included the experimental and creative workshop “Spontaneous Granada: Atlas of Uncertainty” as a meeting and mediation space for landscape architects, citizens and the landscape.
A parallel discussion and knowledge-sharing space also brought together academics, landscape architects, students and representatives from the public and private sectors to reflect on the challenges facing the profession in the 21st century.
