- Husqvarna expands its Series 5 range with powerful and reliable professional battery machines for professional tree care and green space maintenance.
- Battery-powered equipment designed to deliver professional power and performance, with low maintenance requirements and no direct CO₂ emissions during use.
Ordes, 4 March 2024.– Husqvarna’s Series 5 product range provides the power and performance required for different professional tree care and green space maintenance tasks.
This range is designed for demanding professional work and combines power, efficiency and low noise levels. As these machines are battery-powered, they produce no direct CO₂ emissions or exhaust gases during use.
Battery-powered equipment also has fewer components requiring maintenance than combustion-engine machines, which can help reduce maintenance needs and downtime.
Carlos Rivera, Husqvarna’s Battery Products Manager, highlights the progress made by these machines in terms of power, runtime and performance, allowing them to be used in an increasing number of professional applications.
Among the new models added to the range is the 525iB Mark II blower, developed for professional use and equipped with a Boost mode that allows the blowing power to be increased when needed.
The range also includes the 525iRXT brushcutter, equipped with the ErgoFeed™ system, which allows the cutting line to be fed by pressing a button on the handle, avoiding the need to tap the trimmer head against the ground.
These machines are part of the Husqvarna BLi-X 36 V battery system, which allows compatible batteries to be used across different machines in the professional range.
