Ordes, 25 October 2021. – Company GreenBlue Urban, which in Spain is part of the Internaco Enterprises Group and is specialised in the construction of green infrastructure in cities, has given its support to the First International Congress of Landscape Architects (AEP) as both sponsor and exhibitor.
The event, which was held between 20 and 22 October in Granada under the motto “Landscape here and now”, seeks to explore the systems and methodological and instrumental procedures that landscaping provides as an active response to the environmental crisis that seriously and irremediably affects most ecosystems worldwide, including Europe.
Throughout the congress, presentations were made by renowned international experts in landscape projects and public spaces and professionals and researchers working on the design of instruments and public policies that actively integrate the concept of landscape. The congress also included a creative, experimental workshop under the title “Spontaneous Granada: Atlas of Uncertainty” that worked as a meeting point and mediation space for landscape architects and professionals, members of the public and the landscape. In parallel, a space for conversation and transference was proposed where scholars, landscape professionals, students and agents from the public and private sector reflected on the challenges that landscape architects face as we progress into the 21st century.
