It acquires a fleet of STAR EV Capella vehicles to meet user demand

Ordes, 2 June 2020. Hércules Golf Club, located in Larín (Arteixo), resumed activity on 12 May. Strong attendance and demand from players led the club to expand its vehicle fleet. It therefore acquired a fleet of STAR EV Capella vehicles, latest-generation models distributed in Spain and Portugal by the Ordes-based company Internaco.

Javier Valiente Romero, President of Hércules Golf Club, explains that “our facilities remained closed due to legal requirements, but the maintenance team continued to look after the course and it is now in excellent condition. Reopening has brought a very good level of attendance from users, which created the need to provide them with greater mobility. With the new STAR EV Capella fleet, we hope to offer visitors greater comfort. It was the right time to make the investment”.

Grupo Internaco’s Green Space Professional division has therefore delivered to Hércules Golf Club in A Coruña some of the first available units of the STAR EV Capella model, latest-generation vehicles manufactured in 2020. STAR EV Capella vehicles feature electric propulsion and a 48-volt motor, seat two people and provide space for golf bags.

Alfonso Agulló, Manager of Internaco Green Space Professional’s Golf division, states that “the STAR EV Capella model is ideal both for golf courses and private users, as it combines excellent technical features for a market as competitive as Spain”.
