With the ultimate goal of achieving excellence in marketing and after-sales service throughout our national and international sales networks for our wide range of products for the forestry, gardening, hardware, DIY, waste management and cleaning sectors, at the INTERNACO CORPORATE GROUP we follow a Quality Control and Environmental Management System implemented in accordance with Standards UNE–EN–ISO 9001:2015 and UNE–EN-ISO 14001:2015, which includes the following commitments, inter alia:
- To fully meet the needs and expectations of our customers, fulfilling their requirements and thus increasing satisfaction and loyalty.

- To commit to reducing the impacts that our activities may have on the environment, to reduce the use of energy sources that use fossil fuels and to improve energy efficiency and efficient use of natural resources, with a view towards sustainability.

The Quality Control and Environmental Management Policy serves as a reference for the establishment of objectives and goals to continuously improve our products, services and facilities, as well as our environmental performance and the efficacy and efficiency of our Management System.
All staff members in our Corporate Group are responsible for this Policy, which is communicated to all parties involved in order that they be aware of, understand and comply with it, and is available to all individuals and institutions at their request. In addition, this Policy shall be periodically reviewed, analysed and updated so that it continuously remains fit for purpose.
