El Sabio ElNanta, in Almería, becomes the 19th shop of the chain after the opening of El Sabio Master Pol just a few weeks ago.
Ordes (A Coruña), 19 April 2022.- The hardware, DIY, home and garden chain El Sabio continues its strong presence in Spain with the opening of two new shops in less than a month. The brand has just opened El Sabio Elnanta, in the province of Almería. The new establishment joins the family of ‘sabios’ just two weeks after El Sabio Master Pol opened in the Madrid region, making it the brand’s 19th store and its second in Andalusia.
Specialising in agricultural and livestock machinery and with a surface area of 275 square metres dedicated to hardware and garden material, El Sabio Elnanta is located in Albox, in Valle de Almanzora. Its owner is Juan Francisco Carrillo García and he manages a team made up of two other people.
Carrillo explains that a large part of the clientele who come to the shop are linked to one of the most important activities in the region: almond production, hence the importance of having a wide range of products for pruning and harvesting. “In this respect, El Sabio offers us everything we need to be competitive: variety and quality”, he explained.
As in all the group’s establishments, customer service is a priority at El Sabio Elnanta. The specialised and friendly service “makes the difference”, says Carrillo, who has spent almost 20 years in a business he loves and which was previously run by his father-in-law.
El Sabio Elnanta joins the brand with the firm belief that the future lies in diversification, training, logistical support and teamwork. “We really like what El Sabio offers us, especially in terms of training and the range of products on offer, many of which are exclusive,” emphasised Juan Francisco.
Commitment to exclusive brands
Recommendations, personalised service and advice are the hallmarks of the brand, which was created to represent the exact opposite of depersonalisation. After starting out in 2020 and opening its first shop in 2021, El Sabio now has around twenty establishments throughout Spain thanks to a strategy designed from the outset to grow and differentiate itself in a market that is increasingly depersonalised due to the strong presence of multinationals.
Since then, this commitment to experience and customer orientation has been the soul of the brand. In addition to attracting new markets and “sabios” (wise people), its roadmap for 2022 includes the expansion and reinforcement of exclusive brands.
The group has two of its own brands (Orework and Kuril) as well as other top brands such as Ryobi, for which it has exclusive sales. It has also integrated Ferreglobal, which represents Truper and its subsidiary brands in Spain and Portugal.
Present almost everywhere in Spain
The group is currently present in ten of the 17 autonomous communities: Galicia, Asturias, Andalusia, Aragon, the Basque Country, Navarre, Castile and Leon, Castile-La Mancha, Extremadura and the Community of Madrid.
